Shipping Policies


We ONLY ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We ship via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Office ground service. Expedited shipping may be available for select items at additional cost; please contact us for details.

In stock items usually process and ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders take longer due to the extended production time. Shipping for custom products varies according to the time of year they are ordered, with late Spring and Summer taking the longest due to peak demand for these products.

Items requiring custom production and finishes are marked with estimated shipping time frames, which vary from season to season. Actual production and shipping for your order may take a shorter or longer time frame depending upon the complexity of the product, time of year, color finish chosen, etc.

Once a tracking number is available, we will forward it to you via email, so you can monitor your order's progress. It may take 24 hours or more for the tracking to become "real time." Please be patient and give the tracking number time to populate in the shipping carriers' internal systems.

Once an item has been transferred to a shipping agent, the estimated day/date of your package is determined by the shipping agent and may change during the course of your package's transit to its final destination. We do not and can not guarantee exact day/date/time of a package's anticipated delivery; options may exist with shipping agents to delay, defer or change the final shipping details.
