Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns, exchange or refunds are accepted up to 30 days after delivery of the product. After 30 days, an exchange or store credit only (at our discretion) can be applied. Items being returned must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition." (i.e., showing no signs of wear or damage, able to be resold, and containing all parts and/or owner’s manual, which originally shipped with the product).

The following circumstances make a purchase ineligible for refund, return and/or replacement:
• Requests made more than 30 calendar days after the original date of delivery;
• Items returned with no Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA);
• Special order or a Custom Manufactured Product;
• If the item has any other restrictions regarding returns or replacement noted in that item’s product description
• If a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been approved and we do not receive the item, a tracking number or notification from you that the item has shipped within 15 calendar days, the RMA will be cancelled. We may still accept the return, but at our discretion, may not refund any money to you depending upon the length of time that has passed since the RMA was issued and the product returned.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Items that are damaged or defective and shipped to you, or items that you did not order but received in error, will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. In these situations, you will not be required to pay return shipping costs, and a restocking fee will be waived.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we‘ve received it/them.

There is a 20% restocking fee for items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. You MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item sent from the web site. Items returned AFTER 30 days, and/or WITHOUT contacting us first, will NOT be refunded. Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be acknowledged and funds will not be credited back to you. You MUST receive a Return Merchandise Authorization BEFORE returning any products.

Variations in color of finish or minor overall color deviations (off-white vs. eggshell white vs. antique white, beige vs. tan vs. light brown, or antique washed finish vs. faux stone, etc.) are not grounds for return or replacement. Due to variations in the production process, colors on a delivered product may not exactly match the color as represented and/or viewed on a computer monitor over the internet. Distinct color discrepancies, however (blue instead of yellow, red instead of green, etc.) are valid grounds for requesting a return or replacement of a product.

If you decide for whatever reason to not accept delivery of an item from the Transportation Service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and the product is returned unopened, it will be considered as being returned due to "Buyer's Remorse," and a 20% restocking fee WILL be imposed as long as the item is deemed to be in a "new, unaltered and unused condition." This will cover the extra cost incurred by us for a Return Delivery charge from the Shipping Agent.

Unless otherwise notified in writing, you are responsible for ALL shipping costs to return the item to us. You are encouraged - though not required - to keep copies of the tracking number and to insure the package being returned against loss or damage. The choice of shipping carriers and service options are at your discretion. These costs WILL NOT be reimbursed as part of the final refund.
